NetPulse Consumer is an advanced unified mobile application that offers a host of features to help mobile device users and operators to measure, analyze, share, and compare the network performance. NetPulse helps in bridging the communication gap between users and network operators and provides a quick solution to address user concerns, which ultimately helps in network performance improvement. End users can easily communicate with their network provider and share their experiences instantly.

Speed Test
Single tap functionality which provides end-user to conduct speed test, and measure and analyse the network conditions. It runs throughput test to measure upload/download speeds, latency and jitter providing an overall network health index.

Feedback
Facilitates the user to provide their feedback to the service providers about their network experience during voice call, data connectivity, and coverage performance using star ratings.

IP tools
IP Tools analyses the internet connectivity and detects network issues. Web Performance Test analyses the network connection by measuring response time, total DNS time, TTL and TTFB.

RF Information
Provides a holistic overview of network performance by passively monitoring and capturing Wi-Fi, LTE, 3G and 2G network parameters, location, and network type, like device state even when the application is in the background.

Device Information
Capture device specific KPIs, battery performance, temperature and system info like chipset, build & OS version.

Network Test
With a single click, perform drive test using pre-defined coverage test sequence.

Customer Support
NetPulse uses Accessibility data to enable user-opted remote support for troubleshooting network and device issues. Sympulse uses these data only when the application is in the foreground state.
NetPulse uses the Accessibility Service to interact with on-demand apps only on the user's behalf.
