Buggy and slow on the app. Often having to reopen the app several times to get information I'm looking for. I use it for work, wouldn't recommend to my enemies. Clicking customer and search gives too much and hard to find because it doesn't search customers. Only to error and do several times to for e to the web. Makes me want to quit my job. Not because work is hard but app is broken.

Very lightly functional. You can see tickets, but not the asset info on the ticket? You can see chats, but only after you figure out which chat is open. It caches lightly during session, but not offline so it's ready to go when you need it. Can't assign or reassign tickets directly. Just weird. End up going to the site most of the time, which is a bummer for a 1-man shop on the go all the time.

Useless app, the Live View SUCK, completely useless as you're limited to the use of your finger tip or a screen pen as the mouse and there is no keyboard, it basically sucks. Apparently the developer and the people at Syncro don't use the app for remote access, or they just want to force you into purchasing SplashTop for added sales. I will most likely uninstall the app since it's a useless tool to me.
