The Synergy app enables anytime, anywhere collaboration with compatible Synergy surveillance software.
Enhance teamwork between your control room and remote workers with the Synergy mobile app. Remote users can view live and recorded video, carry out assigned duties, ensure standard operating procedures are met, and share their location with control room operators in real-time. Key benefits are:

Access live and recorded video on the go with ease, allowing users to instantly view footage they’re authorised to see.

Using the integrated map, users can quickly access nearby cameras, and see the location of co-workers, for real-time collaboration and support. Easily preview video from the map by clicking on the camera icon, giving users at-a-glance information.

User-based permissions are managed via Synergy to ensure secure access to the appropriate features, offering full control and audit trail.

Support for two-factor authentication (2FA) using an authenticator app or device biometrics. Also, use the app as an authenticator app to generate codes for when logging into Synergy web (available when logging in with device biometrics). 2FA is supported when using with Synergy Web Server 25.1.100 or above.
