Control your TCP Smart radiators the easy way, whenever and wherever you are.


- Group your radiators by zones (such as rooms or floors in a house) or, if you prefer, control them individually.

- Modify the temperature of your radiators when you need to, at any time, in any place.

- Personalise the programming of your radiators or use one of the 4 preset heating programs installed and increase the energy savings of your heating system.

- Check the energy consumption and cost of your radiators by entering the price of your electric tariff.

- Customise the screen background colour of your products.

A 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi connection with internet access is required by the products to work properly.

Downloaded app expecting to be able to connect a smart bulb. Sadly , the app wants to connect to central heating system! Tried uninstalling, then reinstalling, the app. No difference. Attempted to delete my account to be faced with "error". So, no have an app that I'm not able to use and a bulb (not cheap, either) that I cant use. Absolute waste of money and time!

App GUI looks Great, functionality is non-existent! I have an Oil filled radiator connected to the App but whenever I try to adjust the temperature through the App nothing happens. I tried to contact the developer but the contact email is not recognised by the Yahoo Mail delivery system. The radiator is great, good heat output but I have to control manually. This App is disappointing

Why does TCP have 3 separate apps for plugs, rads and light? This is not really collaborative "smart", maybe rebrand to "TCP IoT". Connected rads ok using not so smart BT hub (manually switching to 2.4 GHz only, then back to both 🙄). V. unaesthetic app interface, retro in comparison to the plugs one, and rads do not appear to work with Google Home but found poorly-worded commands for Alexa (again, not v. "smart"). Had I known the above I would very likely not have purchased your radiatiors 😞
