The Bill Pay feature is outsourced. Even though funds are withdrawn from your account in 1-3 business days, payees don't receive payment until 15-20days later. I didn't know this was happening until I used the function to pay my lease. It was 18 days late. They wouldn't even resend the check (would take 10days). Told me I had to have the payee contact their check processor. Terrible service. Beware of late fees using Bill Pay. Customers be warned!

We apologize for this inconvenience. When scheduling a payment in Bill Pay, the processing time can vary for each payee. However, this is not a standard delay. Please contact us at app@everwisecu.com. We'd like to learn more about your specific situation. Thank you.

We have been TCU members for many years, and the online banking app just keeps getting worse and worse to use. Very difficult at times. It's very frustrating most of the time. Now, it won't let me do some things because it says something about an automatic update. Well, it's updated in the past. Why the heck won't it update on its own this time. Urg...Very annoying.

it's slow, sometimes it takes minutes before the accounts display, and that is with a good internet connection, you can imagine what a slow connection would be like. Overnight deposits don't show up till late morning or afternoon. it's down quite often, the error message says no Internet connection, which is fine, the app is wonky and can be difficult to navigate. Update: I have stated the issues, fix the software. Today: overnight deposits did not post until 1:40pm, that's not the phone.
