Ratings and reviews

This app worked great....and then the update was installed. Since the "update" the app is slow, doesn't show calls when dispatched, won't upload new calls throughout the day and wont upload new critical notes while on a call. Everytime you reach out to support they give you the same unhelpful instructions (clear cache). Based on the other numerous negative reviews, it's probably the app (talking to you customer support) and not my phone.

App is convenient when used to notify me of a response but it crashes often or is slow to open and severely drains my Android battery. It's used up 28% of my battery today and I've been on the Tablet Command screen for less than 1 minute. It's just draining battery running in the background. Has gotten way worse since the most recent update.

After the july update, I am unable to hit the TC button on the upper left corner to log on or off duty? It kicks me off automatically. I have uninstalled this app multiple times and cleared cache etc. nothing changed. Yes I'm on Android. I also have a message saying this app has a bug.
