Don't bother if you already have the RCA app. It's the same thing. It works OK, but it's not at all smooth. Shows WBTV in Charlotte for my address but with no signal. It is the CBS affiliate for the far eastern part of my DMA, but why show it if I can't get it AND can get WSPA in Spartanburg? It'd be far nicer if it showed translators, too, but it doesn't show them or LD stations, many of which show a lot of the free content in many DMAs. Still, it's competent enough at what it does.

Been fooling with this app ALL day. The app says location not in US when selecting location AND when entering the address. NO help from Terk support. They got a lot of good resources, just not any to get by the location snag.

App does no actual finding of broadcast signals. All it does is use your location and points you towards the broadcast towers in you area. If you do not know where they are it is helpful, but it is not a signal finder. App should be renamed. Signal finder is very misleading.
