Ratings and reviews

Overall a very poor user experience. Rewards don't seem to show up in a timely manner and when they do they disappear at random. Frequent crashes mean it's luck of the draw when using the app at the till point. Most of the menu options on the app are useless.

Fiddly sign up process and no ability to scan an existing (unregistered) card. No ability to add the loyalty card to Google Wallet, pretty bad UI with all the icons at the bottom and why put the Share with a friend option in when it's not functioning yet? Please get rid of the iPhone in the Play Store app screenshots and replace it with an actual Android device. Very lazy!

Doesn't work waiting to redeem voucher that hasn't been registered with their system. Avoid app and demand paper vouchers In future. Wasted 30mins at the till trying resolve issue. Ended up leaving shopping behind as was late for an appointment.
