Won't connect to my Samsung Note 10 running Android. I've done everything the mfg. has suggested: disconnect battery, reset Bluetooth, delete old trigger app cache from my phone BT settings, reinstalled new app, etc. Nothing helps. Wireless controller works Ok but eats batteries quickly. I finally hard-wired it to my car's 12v. My experience is like every other Android user's here... app needs a complete rework. Every other BT device I own pairs seamlessly. Not this one.

Unfortunately, I have had several issues with the device and application not functioning correctly. I will not recommend this application or trigger ACS light switches 4 users in the offroad industry. It is a shame that I have received two defective products and when I have tried to seek help with customer service the issues have not been resolved.

I too have had troubles keeping the app connected. Worked great at first, then nothing. One thing I noticed was my truck auto connecting to android auto seemed to overwrite the app. Disconnected phone (samsung) from truck, then connected to app, and then reconnected to my truck and that seemed to do the trick (for now). Hopefully that helps others out. The concept is there and the app has amazing potential, Hopefully developers will get this app perfect.
