There are multiple reports to analyze the data. Various dashboards are available for checking the real time status of assessment.

The portal has all the features right from creating assessment cycle, mapping departments, work-profiles and skills with employees and setting the desired score.

There are email notifications for pending tests and interviews. HR can manage complete assessment via UPSESCO. Desired score can be set, required skills can be mapped for every work profile.

Trainings can be assigned for employees which does not achieve the desired score. Overall, this tool is very effective and beneficial for all round skill check and management.
