With TUA Connect, more safety, more protection, more prevention when you are driving!

TUA Connect is the app designed for TUA Assicurazioni customers who have purchased TUA Smart Drive, TUA Easy Drive or TUA Box Drive, solutions that, thanks to the support of telematics, guarantee more safety, more protection and more prevention when driving.

The app, together with the technological tools provided to the Customer (a Microbox to be installed by the Customer on the windscreen with TUA Smart Drive and TUA Easy Drive and a Hidden Box to be installed by a qualified technician in the case of TUA Box Drive), allow you to quickly and easily access emergency services and assistance available 24 hours a day.

In case of need, no more panic: just press the SOS button in the car (or the emergency button directly from the app) and the operations center will do the rest by sending a tow truck, ambulance or law enforcement, depending on the severity of the happened. In the most serious cases in which crashes of particular entity are detected, the operations center will call the Customer directly. In the event of no response, the required rescue procedures will be activated.

Through the app it will also be possible:

- Check the percentage of driving in connection.
- Check the battery level of the device.
- Check the serial number and model of the device.

To use the services and benefits of the app, you need to activate the bluetooth, geolocation and data traffic functions on your smartphone. The technology used allows a reduced consumption of battery and data traffic (a few megabytes per month).

By downloading the complementary app TUA Assicurazioni, the history of trips made and information on driving style will be available.
