App used to function well until recent updates. Freezes all the time, white "screen of death" on startup, flights dont load. Have had to re-install numerous times. Roll it back to the last UI, never had a problem.

Absolute garbage system. Unwieldy. They won't allow customization for their customers. (It is their way or the highway). Slow system. More people have been hired to implement their system than to help customers. Poor customer support. But I'm sure they monitor this and will complain to my boss in order to snuff out any bad reviews. Having to do an un-/reinstall due to an app update is not a very streamlined way of business. In addition, there's no option to save credentials at login, resulting in losses in efficiency throughout the workday.
