it's good in terms of clear voice when making calls,but when it comes to check balance and knowing how much you are charging per minute, so I can arrange my credit per month, you don't reflect, even calls end without warning of credit insufferable alert, that's why I give one star,upgrade and I will be back to give it five stars,thank you..

Used to be a good app, unfortunately nowadays the experience is not so great,the credit always tops up in dollars eventhough I need the pounds option. I also suspect the tariff cost has gone up but there's been no word from the team. Overall a good solid app when it works but don't expect customer service beyond what you'd get if you were anywhere within the Kenyan borders.

I do not recommend anyone to use this app . It's been like three weeks trying to make calls but everytime it's error, error yet I have bought credit and data have tried talking to customer care service but they aren't reaching out . they have the worst customer services ever . Try it at your own risk
