I signed up this season and the service has really been great. Its spring time, so wouldn't you know it snowed 8 inches on the day my spring clean up was scheduled. It kept up like that for 3 weeks, rescheduled and then snow or rain. I certainly was frustrated with the weather, but I didn't have to do a thing about it. TaskEasy was on top of it. They rescheduled the work and got it done as soon as the weather cooperated. Very happy with the results and glad I didn't have to deal with the mess that I'm sure the weather was causing.

Amazing service by the contractor...my issues were with the uncaring taskeasy corporate worldview regarding customer service...more than a handful of situations where I did my best to either cancel or postpone a task on either the app or "desktop" version, and on their end experienced a "glitch", where it reset and I had the service anyway...since I had no issues with the contractor and their work, penalizing them with payment withholding wasn't an option on my end...

Decided to use this service since my regular lawn guy was unreliable. BIG MISTAKE! Placed order 2 weeks ago and contractor rescheduled 3 times with no direct out reach to me with explanation. Task Easy can either not handle the work load or is misrepresenting what their contractors can do. I had to cancel my request because my yard is now worse than when I originally made my appointment.
