Tauggle is a word search game with always winnable, always interesting boards. Find words that follow twisting paths through a randomly generated board of letter tiles, with a wide variety of game modes.

It is always winnable!

- Unlike other games of this type, getting 100% is possible and encouraged! An optional hint system gently nudges you towards the words you’ve missed.

- You should never get stuck on a word you don’t know! The entire dictionary has been reviewed by hand to ensure that every word is known by most people.

- An innovative board generation algorithm ensures that every board has interesting words to find.

- Game settings are flexible, so it never gets stale, allowing 3x3, 4x4, 5x5, 6x6 boards, and 3, 4, or 5 minimum letters per word. Also features an optional “Reuse Tiles” game mode, which allows you to use the same tile multiple times per word, unlocking a new and challenging puzzle!

- Boards can be shared with others. Share particularly interesting ones you find with friends. You can also design custom boards!

So it's like boggle where you try to make words from a random 4x4 grid, but the twist is that you're trying to find -every- word, with the help of a hint list. It twists the familiar word game into something more chill, and you get the satisfaction of completion at the end. I find myself coming back to play more than I expected. The only ad is a small banner at the bottom too, which is great. My only wishlist item is to have some aesthetic customization options, but that's a small thing.

This has been one of my favorite phone games for years. Super simple but super addictive. The only improvements I can think of are being able to choose between US or UK English (by default both are included) and being able to add or suggest words for the word list/have custom word lists.

Possibly the best word game I've played on my phone. Daily game option, numerous game settings to enable quick games, long challenging games, long simpler games to pass time, whatever you want. you can even create your own boards, or play the same board as someone else. what's not to like? good blend of worldwide English language words, UK, US, Canadian and Australia. spellings are accepted for many words making it accessible to all.

What’s new

- Updated look and feel slightly. Old look can be restored from Settings.
- Added a Daily Challenge that will be the same for everyone, and is somewhat curated.
- Added a Stats page that tracks number of words found, number of game completions with various settings, and number of Daily Challenge completions.
