Tchap is an instant messaging service intended for communications by French administration agents, to exchange information on the move or from an office workstation.
Tchap allows you to chat via messages in pairs and in groups, and to share files like any instant messenger, with an integrated directory of user agents, simultaneous use on several devices and confidentiality of private exchanges.
Agents can invite outsiders into a professional conversation.
The app requires the USE_FULL_SCREEN_INTENT permission to ensure that our users can effectively receive call notifications even when their devices are locked.

Would never trust a government lauching an IM service. I know I can't use this, but it is open source, so if anyone else makes it, I will not use it

Cette version de Tchap apporte les nouveautés suivantes :
- Correction des liens Tchap qui n'ouvrent pas l'application.
- Mise à jour de l'URL vers l'aide.
- Ajout du support de la connexion avec le Matrix Authentication Service.
- Ajout de l'autorité de certification Certigna Server Authentication OVCP EU CA G1
- Activation de la signature croisée avec ProConnect.
