The Tech Assist app allows a dealer or tech to log in and view information about accounts.
The user will be able to view the account information, notes, zones, contacts, and history. Contacts can be added, changed, or deleted. History can be viewed live or older entries can be searched.

Added the ability to access dealer accounts that have not yet been data entered. Users can view history and disable these accounts as necessary.
