Ratings and reviews

No longer working on phone and TV. Get pop up message saying "Oops! Your screen is located outside the satellite footprint." Pity, because it's been good up until the last day or two. My subscription renewal is due in a few days, but of course I won't be renewing unless this is fixed. Edit.. Support suggested that I activate the VPN option in my profile settings. This did not work. No more pop up but none of the channels open. This on phone and TV.

Dreadful navigation, whether you use a mouse or remote. For years on deaf ears I have made suggestions as to the GUI and navigation. Loads of unnecessary tv stations, which you should be able to deselect. If you're used to browsing TV, forget this illogical app. Also far too expensive. :-(

If you enjoy watching nothing after 5 o'clock and especially on weekends, this is your type of app and it'll only cost you more than £80 . They even let you send a report to tell them the channels are buffering of which when you send little funny messages come up when connected which they probably think are witty but it's more like a middle finger. Then very promptly an email comes back to tell you of their business hours. Just a little advice, you ever invest back into it or you will fold.
