I was told I could create my own tea in the app, and that was a lie. I can only use the teas Adagio has added to the library and adjust the brewing by "percentage". It doesn't even tell me what 100% of the temperature or steep time is, so I'm just supposed to arbitrarily guess what 120% or 93% might do. Please fix the app so that it matches the user manual or I'm returning my machine. Users need to be able to adjust tea recipe time and heat without any of this percentage nonsense.

We're sorry to hear your frustration. Please review page 16 of the user manual, or email us at info@adagio.com. We'll gladly assist! In each of our tailored infusion recipes, we pick the water temperatures (for each water filling into the infusion globe), water volume, agitation time, etc. So you are editing the percentages of the original recipe!

Buggy. Loses connection constantly to the Teforia. Restarting my phone causes it to lose my wi-fi connection and it forgets the Teforia so the initial setup has to be done again. Now the Teforia keeps giving me "internal error" codes and won't make a cup at all. Was only able to make 3 cups before it stopped working completely.
