Not too fond of the app at all. No matter how long a video of a vehicle is, it automatically converts it to a link that majority of my customers can't open. if one customer has multiple tasks, you can't clear it by simply doing one task. so if a cust bought a vehicle on his birthday, he'd get an anniversary and birthday task, so you kill 2 birds with 1 call, but not with tekion. You can't send mass emails, everyday there's an update, but nothings updated. This app feels really rushed.

The app feels like a very rushed Beta version. You can not respond to customers by simply clicking on their responses. You have to physically go back to their profile, click the method of communication, and send. As others have said, almost 70 percent of email and text threads do not show up in the desktop version when you have communicated with them through the app. it is lagging. when scanning drivers licenses and taking photos of insurance cards, it can take 7 attempts.

Can't do a review for the overall CRM so I'm doing it here. Emails either end up in Spam folders or they don't even get sent at all. Things keep changing and getting more complicated by the day, can't open the vehicle information from the lead app, can't paste in an email using ctrl V or even right click. I don't see any advantage to using this CRM, must have bee the cheapest, you get what you pay for.
