Update: On 6/1, our need was escalated by a great service rep and 6/2, the problem was fixed by an attentive and caring person in-branch. The app is working great now! (5/26) T-OH, you're killing me. Mobile deposit is crucial and choosing favorite widgets doesn't help access your "Deposit a check." I can't message you either online or in the app.
