Telia TouchPoint is perfect to handle incoming calls for smaller companies, where the majority of employees are mobile. Features such as Response Group and Menu Switchboard distributes incoming calls to employees, while a user-friendly app makes it easy to see the status of his colleagues' availability and divert conversations. It provides customers and suppliers a positive experience when they call your business.

Features of Telia TouchPoint:
Status - indicates your colleagues and current availability such as "Meeting - 14:00 back"
Transferring conversations - you can easily transferring a call to an available colleague, either directly or by first call before conversion
My settings - here you can for example. choose which number you want to display when you call out and how your contacts are displayed in the phone book
Phonebook - You can choose between showing your colleagues, your favorite contacts or all contacts stored in your phonebook
Response Group - distributes calls to a group of employees from rules that can be set flexibly as needed
Menu divert - your customers get up to 6 options for moving to the desired function or department
