Great concept and really really bad execution! It started out great. Then they started cheap quality. Then came shipping delays. From few days to a week and a month an snow i have 3 orders that were supposedly in stock but have been pending for 6 months or more (yes 6 months, it's not a typo) So if you like we are sorry emails after asking for updates every month this is the place. Oh they also don't ship free anymore under 70$. They changed this after i paid for a 12 month fee.

❤️ products & concept. Uninflated $ for quality, ethically sourced goods. App: many errors - descriptions, measurements (too few w/clothes), materials copy/pasted from wrong product, Frustrating: lg items often delayed MUCH longer than stated. Small CS team: good job & responsive to problems & feedback. Delicate/flaky foods don't bear well w/ shipping, but still delicious! Wish restocks were more consistent & upcoming offers given more notice for purchase planning. Worth trying.

Do not join this company. I cancelled my membership the VERY SAME dat u joined when I realized I wasn't interested in anything. They have been trying to draft my account for the $95 fee ever since. I have gone through their cancelation process 3x and it is STILL trying to draft my account. (Thankfully it's not an account I use much but still...)
