I have been a subscriber for a while and then the app became wonky and I just dumped it. Recently, with the purchase of a new phone and a new plan, I was given the opportunity to download the app again through Google Play. Sad to say, no real improvement. Unfortunate, because when you can find the hard copy it's a great devotional. Upper Room has been an established Christian devotional for many years. I would expect better from them.

The App is Definitely Worthless. I downloaded the app and at first I could listen and it was in English. The Audio in English was great to listen. One day it showed in Spanish and I could no longer listen. In Spanish there's no Audio.

Worked fine for a year. Now I can't launch the app, even after re-installing it. Pretty poor user experience, considering I pay for a subscription. Support offered me a new account, but couldn't log in. Never received a response to any inquiries to support afterward, and still can't launch the app from a brand new phone.
