Would benefit hugely from a paired website app for uploading files: having to send and then locate multiple files on(to) my phone to then upload to them (again) to the app while tapping constantly between different screens is exceedingly cumbersome process and wastes unnecessary time for the user I find. The photo / passport identification feature works well enough. Think the phone app could consider a direct scan feature for documents also.

total waste of time. Doesn't recognise face scan even though passp picture is only a year old and I haven't changed at all. It is browser specific but they don't tell you this so you waste ages trying to get it to work. Support is via online chat. Although this works ok as soon as it presents then with an issue they're don't expect you get passed off to tech support where you wait for a response. I wouldn't use this app for such sensitive info knowing how flaky it is. They now have my data🙄

How odd that you ask for a utilities bill. The last paper copy I received was in 2023; ditto a bank statement. Not helpful. You might do well to put a list of required documents on the first page as well as beside each separate demand, so that victims don't have to keep getting up and searching in distant cupboards. And I never knew that passport info could be scanned through a closed booklet.
