unfortunately no ability to use the non branch ATM search in app, no way to lock card (& no after business hours service to lock it either otherwise), no way to do disputes in app, and the option of scheduling a transfer (so don't have to remember to do so on payday) that option is no longer working either. Branch staff was decent when I signed up for an account 4-5 years ago but the lack of features able to do away from the branch has me second guessing keeping my account open

horrible app. when it does let you log in, all the features are hard to find and buried behind a million click walls. find a different bank or credit union if you can.
