Ratings and reviews

This app works as anticipated, it worked well! The interface is straight forward; it is easy to read and understand. We only used one phone/app for our event check in, and I used it where I had data/internet. When I set up app access as the administrator for the account, I could set different permissions. It was very easy to flip between events and between scanning codes vs the list of patron names within each event. You cannot add orders or sell tickets from the app.

The app works fine in scanning the QR codes on tickets. With the app comes a door list (those who've bought tickets for that event) which proved useful when someone couldn't find their ticket or forgot to bring it with them: we could confirm their purchase by their name. The Group Check-in facility is still a bit clunky - needing multiple button presses to confirm and return to scan the next ticket. I expect this will improve with time and development.

App works well on a phone with good internet connection. Unfortunately, we had some problems with internet connections that limited our ability to use the app for this event in the way we had anticipated. Not a fault of the App though as in testing it was very fast and easy to train others on. Selling tickets from the App would be ideal.
