first time was OK & rebooked to have lots more done but they didn't remember & when I got back nothing at been done if only they could possibly give some idea of a time they were coming as people can't just wait in all day when busy especially when gates have to be opened for back windows.

Booked an appointment for December. The operative turned up but his machine broke straight away. Rearranged an appointment but nobody came. The weather wasn't great but a message would've been nice. Chased them up got a brief reply about being in touch with a new appointment but not heard anything. Chased twice after this and almost 4 weeks later had no reply still.

Not the best, after many many attempts and trying to re-register I had to ask for help, I was given my customer number which worked, I put my phone number in again (which hadn't changed) it was accepted there I thought all sorted. How wrong I was, it's a nightmare, every time I want to go on the app I have to go back to my messages looking for my customer number. I just don't bother anymore waste of time. 0 stars from me, had to give one in order to write a review.
