The app defeats the purpose of convenience and accessibility. It almost seem like some of the features of the app are not quite well thought of. The interface is good, it looks okay and gets the job done, however the payment can only be made through mastercard which is both inconvenient, considering the time it will take to fill up the needed information and unsafe /not secure, given that hacking is very prevalent nowadays. If I have grab/food panda, I wouldn't consider using this app. 🤷

This app is non sense. Tried it just now and took me longer than a walk in transaction. The staff were not informed about my order and had to prepare my orders after I waited my turn in queue. I thought I just need to go to the store and pick up my order. I hope you can do better than this. I am overly disappointed. However, I still look forward to your response to this bad service. The app looks okay but not really convenient. When I trying ordering for pickup, the app does not let me apply the complimentary welcome gift saying I haven't met the purchase requirements even if I already purchased way more than the required amount.
