Tickets not available from the beginning. Tried reinstalling, clearing cache. Nothing works. Seems to be a simple application 🤷.

Good app. I would only suggest to give the option to write the specific amount of money you want to load into your account instead of 6 predefined choices. Thank you

You can't create an account online or through the app and there is no real support or help desk. Bad customer service when you don't allow people to contact you.
