Right now the app is just frustrating me, to sell your airtime now takes time. its always giving an network error response or "oops". now when you finnaly sell the airtime it shows payment completed but i haven't received the money. it has happened for about 3 times now this month. and customer care is always slow to resolve the problem

Been selling airtime with this app before, no problems. But now I sold my airtime, I was debited my airtime but haven't gotten it into my account. It's been 24 hours. Tried reporting through the app, but nothing. Edit: I don't recommend this app. They couldn't recover my credit.

I’ve used this app before and it worked fine,even recommended to alot of people. but recently it’s been disappointing. I sold airtime, the app marked the transaction as successful, airtime was deducted, but I haven’t received any credit in my bank account. I’ve reported the issue, waited hours, and still nothing. Looking at the reviews, I see I’m not the only one. This needs to be fixed ASAP or people will lose trust in the app. People are using money so look into this matter.
