Like everything, I guess. this app has changed quite a bit from when I started using back in 2018. I have had several cards not received by the recipient, but customer services have always responded quickly, but it just takes the joy away from sending a card. You used to get features included, such as captions with photos, stamped, now it's all extra. I probably won't use Touch note again, sadly.

Frustrating App, and it has got worse and more difficult to use. Used to recommend but not now, and when I come to the end of my membership year, I will not renew again. My last card has only a partial picture rather than the full picture I selected, and the stamp didn't come out right either. Can't believe they let the card go in that condition. Where is the quality control? Overall, it's a good concept, but someone must have perfected this as Touchnote certainly hasn't! Shocking!

How to ruin an app. I'm so cross with these idiots. I've been using this for 5 years to stay in touch with a family member who has learning difficulties. It was great. But logging in today I find I have to have a subscription to be able to send anything even though I still have credits I've paid for. And I can't see order history (broken link). And it made me pay twice for one card. Grrrrr By by touchnote. Back to shop bought cards I go.
