CONDITIONS FOR CONSUMER LOANS ON TOUCH
- Nationality: Vietnamese.
- Age: 20 – 60 years old (including loan term).
- Income: ≥ 3 million VND/month.
- Loan amount: From 500,000 VND to 50 million VND.
- Flat interest rates from 19% - 28% per year.
- Loan term: 03 – 12 months.
- Fees and penalties:
+ No processing fees.
+ Penalties and other fees: Depending on the product regulations or the company's policies at any given time.

For example: Customer A registers for a loan on the Touch app with the following information:
- Loan amount: 5,000,000 VND.
- Loan term: 12 months.
- Interest rate: 19% per year (based on the product’s policy).
- Monthly payment including principal and interest: 460,783 VND.
Thus, the total principal and interest amount that Customer A must repay in 12 months is 5,529,395 VND, which includes the loan principal of 5,000,000 VND and interest of 529,395 VND.
