Be careful with their autorenew options. they have an arm twisting tactic to deceive you to autorenew as you can check the button without been clear what it's about before your sign up. they claim the sent auto renew notices but I never received any emails. then I got charged again for an app I don't need. customer service says they cannot refund me and only will issue a credit that must be used within the specified time. else you will loose your money. for an app this expensive on weekly cost

A monthly subscription should be based on calendar days, not counted by hours. For example, if I subscribe on June 27th, it should remain active until July 27th at the same time. If you're counting 720 hours instead, then you should clearly say '720 hours' and not advertise it as '30 days', because 30 calendar days and 720 hours are not always the same thing. Most subscription-based services calculate by date and time, not by hours. Ending access early because of an hourly limit isn’t fair

First event setup was good however since then we have been unable to activate events going forward , despite following all the steps that were recommended on your site. This is totally unacceptable. We did several events that were futile due to this constant issue. Very disappointing especially since we paid a full subscription and was only able to properly do only one event .
