About this app

Tracker Detect Pro is an AirTag detector for Android. It finds unknown Apple AirTag devices and other Bluetooth trackers near you and alerts you in real time. Use the proximity meter to locate a device quickly. Review a history of sightings to spot patterns and protect your privacy.

What Tracker Detect Pro does
• Scans for Apple AirTag and other compatible Bluetooth trackers nearby.
• Shows a live signal strength (RSSI) meter so you can estimate distance and close in.
• Plays a sound on supported Apple devices when available to help you pinpoint a tag.
• Runs background scanning with low power and sends instant notifications if an unknown tracker appears to travel with you.
• Saves a record of detections with time and GPS location so you can review routes and repeated sightings.
• Lets you rename known devices so you can ignore your own headphones, watches, or car.

How it works
1. Run a scan to list nearby Bluetooth trackers and devices.
2. If an unknown AirTag or tracker is detected, get a clear alert on Android.
3. Tap a device to open the proximity meter and follow the signal until you find it.
4. For supported Find My network devices, use Play Sound when available.
5. Read the in‑app steps to disable the tag and protect your privacy.

Why users choose this AirTag scanner
• Fast and reliable AirTag detection on Android.
• Clear unknown tracker alerts that you will not miss.
• Accurate proximity tracking using signal strength.
• History log helps you see if a tracker appears in the same places again.
• Designed for personal safety, travel safety, rideshare drivers, parents, students, runners, and commuters.

Feature checklist
• AirTag detector and AirTag finder for Android phones and tablets.
• Bluetooth tracker detector for supported Find My network accessories.
• Background scan with alerts and notifications.
• Proximity meter with live RSSI signal strength graph.
• Detection history with date, time, and map location.
• Dark mode for comfortable night use.
• Works with common Apple devices including AirTag; detects AirPods when broadcasting as a tracker.
• In‑app guidance on how to disable and remove an unwanted tag.

Real‑world uses
• Find the source of a repeated unknown AirTag alert while you travel.
• Check a rideshare vehicle, rental car, or shared bag for hidden tags.
• Keep a private log if you need to discuss a pattern of detections with local authorities.

Privacy and permissions
• Uses Bluetooth, Location, and Notifications to scan and alert.
• Your detection history stays on your device unless you choose to share it.
• No account required.

Tips for best results
• Keep Bluetooth and Location turned on.
• Move slowly when using the proximity meter; signal strength improves as you get closer or remove obstacles.
• If you receive an unknown AirTag alert while traveling, re‑scan after you leave the area to confirm whether the device is moving with you.
• Metal, walls, and crowded spaces can weaken Bluetooth signals. Try different angles and distances.

Compatibility and notes
• This app helps Android users detect unknown Apple AirTag devices and similar Bluetooth trackers.
• It does not pair, claim ownership, or manage your own AirTags. Those features require Apple Find My on iOS.
• Some functions, including Play Sound, depend on the device and firmware of the tracker.
• Detection of third‑party trackers depends on what they broadcast over Bluetooth and may vary by model.

Accessibility
• Clear labels and plain‑language notifications support quick action.

Who it’s for
• Anyone who wants awareness and privacy while using Android.
• People who worry that an unknown AirTag or tracker may be nearby.
• Travelers, rideshare drivers, parents, students, runners, and commuters who want an AirTag finder they can trust.

without this app, I wouldn't have been able to learn that my soon to be ex husband had been putting tracker after tracker devices in and on my car. It works from the cheap, all the way up to the expensive bluetooth magnetic ones! Now.. if you could make a "where is located on the vehicle" app, then we'd be set 😂. It took me 3 weeks to find where he hid "the cube" my car had never been so clean! but it was found outside underneath. anyway, thank you for making this app!!! DL this app, it works!

Hi Lisa, so sorry to hear this happened to you but very happy the app was able to assist you in identifying the tracker! Stay safe out there.

The huge bar across the top X Devices DETECTED is too BIG. The better option is to be stealthy. Fight fire with fire. The app could also have an option to make the scan interval adjustable. That would be super helpful. While this is a good app, it's just a basic app. A better way to leverage the tech would be to couple it with GPS. That would give it the ability to determine directional signal strength. Basically just a 'you're getting warmer' type hint.

Hi Joshua! Thank you for your review. We made that large so users could easily tell whether they were in danger or not, we don't expect that stalkers will be right behind you watching your screen at all times. Also, we just added the adjustable scan timing for you in the latest update! We have GPS historical tracking rolling out in our next update!

Definitely scanned and located devices, will indicate if it is an Apple Device, Air Tag, or Other, however, it doesn't give you a lot of insight as to what it is actually telling you. You can opt to see just one of the types if you want, however, it doesnt seem to save that setting. I found it hard to be helpful given I have a smart watch, mifi unit, etc. So that info is mixed in with the stuff you may wish to identify.

Hi Bren, our latest update separates devices into categories (by type) so that it's easy to tell what devices you're finding and which ones matter. We'd love for you to check it out and let us know what you think at support@tagtracker.tech.
