- Get loans ranging from ₦70,000 to ₦5m(Nigeria)
- Make repayments over a maximum of 180 days.
- Monthly Interest rate is 3%
- Annual Percentage Rate (APR) is 36%. No processing costs.

Example: For a 4-month loan of ₦70,000, Traction charges 3% a month. With an APR of 36%, the total repayment amount after 120 days is ₦78,400.

I made a transfer of #45,000 ,to your agent to bring POS TERMINAL for me , till now he denied he didn't see the money i transfer to him and the transaction was successful, and he refused providing his statements of account to me for proper confirmation, pls i need my money back, thank you .

There has been an improvement on the app recently. Kindly include informations about charges per transactions and commissions on the app for the POS users. Customer can't check their balance. The technical team should work on the terminal so that customer can check their balance.

Please traction has been ignoring my message since last year. I made a transaction to sterling bank account on the 18th of December, 2013. The recipient is yet to get the money. Please help me look into it. I called sterling bank to complain but I was asked to provide the season Id of the transaction but your app can't share receipts. Its really frustrating. My boss wants to close the account as we can't continue like this. Thanks.
