Ratings and reviews

Unsure why such low reviews. It works brilliantly, can see live updates on all trains and buses, click any route and see exactly where it stops and when, smartrider balance and transaction history, perfect app I use daily.

I have been using this app for many years both to plan my journey and to determine whether or not I need to run for my bus. On the whole it is a very good and useful app that worked very well without access to the Location service. So why not 5 stars? Because some functions stopped working without the Location service since last year. Other than when you need it to tell you where you are, it doesn't need the information to be useful. Transperth, please revert the app to not need the Location.

I was really looking forward to trying this app but after installing it just now I'm extremely disappointed! Can't find my location even though it clearly shows my gps location on the map... Journey Planner loads nothing.. Stops and Stations doesn't work because of error "unable to get location". Absolutely useless app! Nothing works! Extremely disappointed!!
