Wanted to use this app to see if I could book a journey to Hardwick Hall. I'd previously set up an account. Today it won't let me log in, just giving me a snotty message about my log in attempt being reported, the password reset form comes up with "failed to send email", and as a last resort I tried to set up a new login but that failed with a spurious error too. Basically this app is broken and it's easier just to jump in the car than try to fight this thing.

thank you so much . this service is a game changer. helped me get out where I'd otherwise not be able to. courteous,kind, hand rails to help me get on the bus and picks up and drops off conveniently. would be great if there was a way to add others to the journey after you book. that's my only suggestion

App is broken, none of the navigation links work. Not even the one to book a journey. Don't waste your time.
