About this app

The CedarTree TravelMate App allows you to access all your travel insurance, gadget insurance and car hire excess insurance policies from CedarTree in one place. You’ll be able to make a claim, buy a new policy and access your customer zone to make changes to an existing policy. If you’ve joined our loyalty club you’ll also be able to access all your benefits and rewards via the app.

When you are travelling you’ll be able to:

-Get direct access to our Emergency Medical Assistance Service when needed.
-Make a claim against your policy
-Use our translation service (including offline functionality)
-See the latest Travel Advice from the FCDO.
-Access information about Major Travel Incidents
-Find numbers for Emergency Numbers in the country you are visiting.

Ratings and reviews

Does not work. Upon signing in with email app asks if you want a basic or premium account, neither option works, on clicking either the message "unable to load brand" appears. Do not release apps to the public without basic testing.

Avoid this ! I've made a claim because my airline cancelled the flight and lost my money, and they didn't bother to help with my claim! Very disappointed 😞 and I never use this travel insurance!!!!

Seems to work well, logged in without a problem, can see my policy and access everything I need to. Haven't explored all the options but so far so good.
