Ratings and reviews

The OCR reads my passport information incorrectly every time (even in perfect lighting conditions) on the few occasions where the camera window actually successfully loads (I have to restart lots of times to even get to try). As such, I am unable to sign up and the app is unusable.

Passport scan doesn't work.

When the facial recognition step continues, it does not work The camera takes the photo, loads the oval circle, but the message appears that it does not recognize the image. It has had this fault since January and even though I wait for updates, it still does not work.
