The minimum due on my credit card is always 0.00. Even when there is an amount due. Not sure why. I need to log in & go to the credit card to see what the minimum due is. I have called support but no one seems to know what I'm taking about. Then I get transferred multiple times. Seems like a basic function of a banking app.

Very easy and friendly app. They have definitely improved; like, a lot! The design is a bit old fashioned for some features such as travel notifications but it works! =) You can make it easier. In addition, I think you have the capability to add other features such as FICO score, card activations, temporary blocks. You should also offer a service to chat with someone because your customer service over the phone is not really good at all.

Honestly a really difficult bank to work with in terms of transactions getting blocked and customer service.
