About this app

The TVRMobile mobile app for Android allows mobile devices to remotely monitor live video from TruVision DVRs, NVRs, network cameras, network PTZ domes, via a wireless network. It also has the capability to play back video files, locally store and manage snapshots and videos, manage alarm notifications and information, control alarm output, and execute PTZ controls.
After TVRMobile is installed on your mobile device, you can easily log on to the TruVision device via Wi-Fi, 3G, 4G, or LTE.
TVRMobile supports a connection to the TruVision devices via an IP address, ezDDNS or UltraSync. Please consult your installer before selecting the connection method. Some connection methods may not be available for your device.

Worked great for several years. Two weeks ago the app started crashing as soon as I opened it. After unsuccessfully troubleshooting it for days, I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and all of my devices, and it worked fine for a week. Today the app is back to crashing as soon as I open it. Super frustrating.

It took me a bit to figure out, but once you setup the DDNS for your NVR you can access all the cameras and recorded data from months ago. I have sold this system to a couple customers and I am able to remote access there issues and fix problems while on the road. Also able to stack systems up and have multiple systems on this one app to trace the action that is taking place.

The app won't open. I've restarted the cellular devices, did updates, clear caches, restarted... and still not working. This is for commercial use and I paid alot of money to have this CCTV installed. Been down for almost 2 weeks now... please fix.
