It analyzed one color incorrectly (I tested it on a color in my palette) and then it crashed, and kept crashing any time I tried to reopen the app. Re-installing didn't solve the issue. It's a good idea and I hope they fix it, but this is currently unusable for me. I'll try the desktop browser plug-in instead, although that's much less convenient than an app.

great idea, but really hard to get it to work in any intuitive way.

Edit: great service. Thank you! The first time I used the app, it worked. It has not worked again since. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it three times. (I have a Samsung S21, if that makes any difference). If you click the 'get started' button, the app shuts down. The concept is great! I'd really appreciate some help with it, if possible.
