To ensure seamless communication, make sure your contacts have TrustLink installed on their devices and exchange your unique User Numbers, conveniently displayed at the top of the screen.

Easily add them to your list of trusted contacts within the app.

In times of emergency, simply activate the HELP button to instantly send a distress message to your trusted contacts.

However, please note that to receive notifications, users must have the TrustLink app launched and their device awake.

This ensures that notifications are reliably delivered.

Please keep in mind that TrustLink has the primary function to facilitate secure location sharing among users and their approved friends.

While a messaging feature is included as an added bonus, it is not intended to replace comprehensive messaging platforms.

As such, certain features commonly found in dedicated messaging applications, such as backups, message retrievals, and extensive message history, are not available.

Users are encouraged to utilize this feature within its intended scope and understand its limitations, refraining from relying on it for critical communications.

Once your location data is successfully delivered to your chosen contacts, we promptly and securely remove it from our database.

This means that your location information is not stored on our servers for any longer than necessary.

We take this extra step to ensure that your data remains protected and that your privacy is safeguarded.
