The Sewer Patrol app is a drainage and sewerage management application for Ho Chi Minh City, helping managers and patrol officers know of flooding, drainage, malfunction, or other incidents of mouths. collected in Ho Chi Minh City. Through the application, management can know the current status and warnings about the situation is happening or troubleshooting process at the mouth of the receiver.
The application was built and developed by Ho Chi Minh City Urban Drainage Co., Ltd. Ho Chi Minh. Currently the application is being used internally by the company.
1. What features and information does the Sewer Patrol help employees and area managers?
• Using the traffic basemap and trouble-finding features provided by Google, detailed and accurate;
• Information about the situation of collection mouths and incidents happening in the City;
• List specific and more complete patrol jobs;
• Support information for users to find collection mouths on routes;
• Detailed reports on incidents happening with photos, videos, live streams directly to the area manager;
• Promptly provide incident information to the governing body;
• Updating the latest information and emergency alerts from the management unit through radio and propaganda to the people;
• Support SOS feature to notify emergency assistance;
• In the course of use, you can contribute information about errors, inconveniences encountered or additional information and ideas for developing the Patrol Sewer application.
