Tua Smart App is the Mobile App of Tua Assicurazioni dedicated to customers who have purchased the products of the Tua Motor "Protect" and "Voice" line. Within the app, you have a wide range of digital services available, for greater safety, protection and prevention when driving the vehicle.
Through the App you can use the following services:
- "Fence", to set up to 3 virtual areas and receive notifications and warnings if the vehicle enters or leaves the preset area
- "Find", thanks to which it is possible to geolocate the vehicle's position in real-time (or the latest available). It also provides the path to be able to reach it on foot
- "Help", through which it is possible to download a report that certifies the exact position of the vehicle at the time in question in the event of an infringement deemed unjust, verifying the presence of cases of speeding or prohibition of parking
- "TripReport", to view the travel data by retracing the number of journeys, the kilometers traveled, the type of road traveled, the time at which the trip took place and any alerts recorded
- “Status”, a detailed report of how your car is being driven, a great way to keep the value of your vehicle high
- "Style", a "virtual assistant" that accompanies you on all trips and provides simple tips to improve your driving style and travel safely
In addition, we also invite you to download "Your App" to access the main information relating to your policies on the go, request assistance, report a claim and check its status, renew the policy, contact your agency and much more.
