For a company that makes the best modelling software in the industry IMO it is deeply disappointing that they can't seem to make control software for the UAFX pedals which is of the same high quality... the app will regularly not be able to "see" pedals it has seen before and need to reconnect them via Bluetooth by pressing the tiny button on the back of the pedal which is buried on my board. it takes ages to connect even when it manages to - very frustrating

The app used to work. I just got a message from UA saying to update the app to be sure it continues to work. I updated. Now it boots to a black screen and says can't connect to the cloud so I can no longer use it or access any of my patches

app is not connecting to my brand new , newly firmware updated pedal. It has one purpose. Connect to the pedal. My phone is samsung 23. a zero start rating is more appropriate but impossible in google play.
