Used to be more user friendly. I figured a lot of things out, but those who aren't as tech savvy may have issues doing transfers from one account to another, paying loans, etc online. It seems to be under maintenance a lot & at times does not work properly. I have been trying to transfer funds from my savings to my overdraft & checking account, but it won't let me. I have done this many times before successfully, this is not the first issue I've had with this. I better not get an overdraft fee.

I cannot log in at all, it just hangs. The tablet app works fine, but the phone app does not work at all. UPDATE: After communicating with UCCU, I found that the problem was that I use a password manager (which is a best security practice for banking passwords). In order to work around the problem, I paste in my credentials, then do something in the username field (for example, delete the last character and then re-type it). The app then logs in correctly. This is not ideal, especially for customers who aren't aware of the workaround, but at least I can get in again. Hopefully this gets fixed soon.

Functional, but needs some work. I would say the app does what it needs to, but it lacks polish. For example, I have biometric face unlock on my pixel, but the app is ALWAYS excruciatingly slow to login. It's slow to load everything, always has been. Think 2010. It needs a facelift to be on par with almost any other banking app. Mobile card companion app is great.. but why is it its own app?? I'm honestly considering switching to a different bank, just so I can get a better app. Love the bank.
