When I try using the in-app barcode to pay for items, it tries to charge the debit card I use for reloading instead of my account balance. If I wanted to use my debit card, I would use my actual debit card instead of wasting my time opening the app. But even that doesn't work right most of the time since it'll say "insufficient funds" even when I have enough money on both. Also this app likes to randomly log me out of my account for no apparent reason. Absolutely terrible.

As soon as I scan a code on the machine to pay, I have to log in to my account again despite logging into it 15 seconds before and not closing the app. It also charged me twice without the machine actually dispensing my items, so it seems like a ripoff. Whatever discount is provided by using the app at the machine is more than offset by the bogus charges.

HORRIBLE! You cannot use more than 1 payment method at checkout. I have $2.58 left on a card and they won't refund it either even though when I called they said they would. You can reload the card with a minimum of $10, so then it becomes an infinite loop of having a running balance on the card and never getting to zero. I would NEVER recommend this company.
