App is getting updated every alternate days but what updates are taking place, god only knows. There's a big problem in FD section. It shows, maximum limit to book FD is 1000/- per day. The initial opening is too much time taking and some times it never opens at first go. One can't exit from the app unless you close the tab. Can be much better app provided your technical and sale & operation teams works together and in line with your products and processes.

Mobile app very Bad .it's a web based application.....please improve asap.....now a days each & every mobile banking apps just superb.....but utkarsh bank app very bad .....please upgrade and add more features in your app.

worst bank interms of getting personal loan and the app will not work, as worst like as mobile loan apps don't get any loan from this bank , they will loot your money in the name of interest
